Here are quick answers to common questions, streamlined for clarity.

I am 5’11” with a 30.5″ inseam (my height is in my torso more than my legs). I wear a small or 6 on top and a 6 or 28 on bottom. I weigh 148-153 pounds, depending on the time of year and how much I have indulged during holidays or vacations 🙂

My favorite stores that I shop routinely are Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s. I’ve curated a small list of my favorite retailers which you can view here.

I am a firm beleiver in daily movement, even if small or for a short dutration. I walk a minimum of 30 minutes per day, I play tennis 2-3 times a week in season. I lift weights to keep my muscles strong (3 times per week) and will either do pilates or yoga 1-2 times per week. My workouts are never longer than 55 minutes.

I don’t follow any specific diet plan. I do, however, intermittent fast. This is more so because I rarely wake up hungry. I started fasting in 2015, and it has been a game-changer for me. I will eat though if I wake up hungry. I believe in listening to your body closely. I avoid processed foods as much as possible, but I do love a good burger and fries from time to time. I stick to chicken and fish and lots of veggies and fruits.

I started blogging about over 50 fashion when I turned 50, thinking it would be great to reach women going through this phase of life (menopause) and inspire them to live and dress their most beautiful lives.

I worked in Paris for 3.5 months and lived there while opening an office for my employer. I have also lived in London and Dublin; NYC was home for most of my adult life. I currently reside in Charlotte, NC with my husband and our Frenchie, Stella.
